Circuits R Us  


Claire Boyd Circuits R Us - Old School Room, Monday, 10 am - 11 am and 11 am - 12 noon.  Become fitter or lose weight, over 50 or new to exercise.  Circuits R Us classes are fun, friendly and encouraging, aimed at over 50's or beginners to exercise but all fitness levels and adult ages are welcome.  The classes are based on a circuit format that can be done at your own pace and alternatives can be given if you are unable to perform that exercise.  Just turn up for a free taster session.  £4 per session or 6 sessions for £18.  Personal training £25 per hour.

Nicky Rudd Pilates and Yoga classes - Old School Room - Gentle Yoga, relax, restore and balance, Wednesday 9.30 am - 10.30 am.  Mixed abililty pilates, release tension, align and strengthen,  Wednesday 10.40 am - 11.40 am.  Equipment provided for all classes.  First class free!  £8 drop in or 5 classes for £35.  Limited Places available.
