Circuits R Us classes are fun, friendly and encouraging, aimed at over 50's or beginners to exercise but all fitness levels and adult ages are welcome. The classes are based on a circuit format that can be done at your own pace and alternatives can be given if you are unable to perform that exercise. Just turn up for a free taster session. £4 per session or 6 sessions for £18. Personal training £25 per hour.
