Claire Boyd Circuits R Us - Old School Room, Monday, 10 am - 11 am and 11 am - 12 noon. Become fitter or lose weight, over 50 or new to exercise. Circuits R Us classes are fun, friendly and encouraging, aimed at over 50's or beginners to exercise but all fitness levels and adult ages are welcome. The classes are based on a circuit format that can be done at your own pace and alternatives can be given if you are unable to perform that exercise. Just turn up for a free taster session. £4 per session or 6 sessions for £18. Personal training £25 per hour.
Nikky White Kangoo Jumps - Old School Room, Thursday 6.30 pm - 7.30 pm. Learn Kangoo Jumps with the first qualified and licensed instructor for Cornwall. A safe, energetic, fun and motivating aerobic program taught to music, for all ages and fitness levels. Movement is designed to focus on core stability, ensuring a balanced workout. Basic moves are easy to follow and can be performed with growing complexity and intensity, as you progress. This program suits a broad range of class attendees regardless of fitness level, using Kangoo Jumps rebound shoes which act as a shock absorber to reduce impact and maximize effort, while preventing damaging impact to the joints. The rebound shoes generate a trampoline-like feeling of weightlessness that not only increases the Fun-Effect, but more importantly decreases joint stress. Discover the wonders of rebounding!
