Walks in and around St Erth

There are many and varied walks in the parish of St Erth along the river, bridleways and footpaths, or just along the lanes.  If you are walking, cycling or riding around the area please be aware of the regulations for usage of the designated trails.

The St Erth Family Activity Trail and those for Hayle and Gwinear-Gwithian (available here) were initially produced with funding from Hayle Area Plan Partnership.

They combine walks with fun incorporating a quiz, nature notes, potted history etc, all can be enjoyed with family, friends or on your own.  A free hard copy is available at the Village Shop/Star Inn or viewed and printed by clicking on the image.

Below are pictorial extracts from a few of the trails.

Battery Mill Lane Bridleway  |   The Green Lane   |   Stamps Lane   |   Little Mill Lane   |     |  Trewinnard to Tredrea Bridleway

Subsequent updating and reprints of the St Erth Family Activity Trail have been supported by St Erth Residents Association and grants from Cornwall Council's Community Chest Fund and St Erth Parish Council.
